Refund policy

In short: the ebook is a digital download you get instantly, so purchases are final once the file is available to you. If the file is faulty, not as described, you were charged twice, or you never received access, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Why purchases are final

Before paying, you confirm that you want immediate access to the ebook and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available (article 103.m TRLGDCU). Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the ebook has been made available to you.

When you will get a refund

Your consumer rights are not affected. We will refund you in full if:

the file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot send you a working copy within a reasonable time;
the ebook is materially different from its description on the product page;
you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
you paid but never received access, and we cannot fix it.

How to ask

Email hello@example.com from the address you used to buy, with your order or invoice number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1 business day.

Approved refunds are paid by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to show, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, access to the download is removed.

As merchant of record, Polar may also decide to refund a purchase itself, for example to prevent a payment dispute. If you have a problem, please contact us first: it is almost always faster than a chargeback with your bank.

Annex: model withdrawal form

This form is provided as required by Spanish consumer law. It only applies where you still have a right of withdrawal, which is not the case once the ebook has been made available to you with your consent.
